At KolorSchool, our goal is for every student to have a rewarding learning experience. However, we understand unforeseen circumstances may sometimes necessitate canceling an enrollment.
Since online course content is immediately accessible upon purchase, no refunds can be provided. However, if you are having technical difficulties accessing course materials, please contact us right away so we can assist you.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of an in-person workshop or event to receive a full refund. For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, a credit voucher will be issued for a future KolorSchool workshop rather than a monetary refund.
If an in-person workshop/event is canceled by KolorSchool, enrolled students will receive a full refund.
